Prediction Model suitable for Long-term High Turbidity Events in a Reservoir

The turbidity events caused by Typhoon “Kong-rey” in 2018 were selected as the measured data required to build CE-QUAL-W2 model. turbidity, water temperature, climate data, and discharge main dam used input for numerical simulations. To ensure reliability of parameters, “Mitak” 2019 additionally selected, optimal parameters temperature other using case simulation. analysis showed that error rate relatively good turnover phase approached through rise fall periods. results verification maximum average better than those period-specific Thus, models constructed this study determined be suitable flood season.
